Producta, a world of ad hoc solutions

After a long-term experience of Estroplast (a company active in the PVC rolling shutters industry) in 1976 it was born Producta (www.producta.it). The declared company aim was to find custom solutions and extruded products ad hoc and on customer’s design, according to precise specifications or in accordance with international legislations.
A company that in almost 40 years has created their own strength by digital technologies and advanced design methodologies, studying and building in-house dies and tools for the production of extruded profiles in various polymers, such as EPDM rubber compact and expanded, or coextruded, silicone rubbers. But also firm and soft PVC, thermoplastic rubber TPE-S and TPE-V, high-level engineering plastics such as polyamide 6.6 with 25% charge of glass fiber. Over the years, with the help of international groups such as BASF, Solvay, Polimeri Europa, the company has become a reference point for important Italian and foreign companies, both in the construction sector, sector for automotive and domestic appliance. To its assets also excellent collaborations with multinational companies of the caliber of Sapa, Hydro and Viohalco.

All this always having a look on environmental protection. It is no coincidence that Producta boasts recognized innovative patents that are awarded by the European Community within the Horizon 2020 program for sustainable development and recycling.

The novelty is that from 2016 was signed a multiyear contract with the University of Camerino “UNICAM”. Thanks to the knowledge and skills of the Organic Chemistry Department, with a highly qualified staff, Producta is able to continue and implement research and development already undertaken as part of the process and product innovation. So as to exponentially increase the quality and competitiveness of its products in the global market, markets such as Europe, North Africa, South Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Ukraine, where Producta has been present for years.
